How do you accept payments?
Purple Palette supports all major Credit cards and Debit cards, UPIs including Net banking, Cash and major digital wallets like Paytm/Gpay/Phone-Pe.

Purple Palette does not support Cash On Delivery (COD).

Can I order a sample or proof before committing to a MOQ?
Yes! ..We offer four product sample options:

• A digital PDF mock-up, customized with your logo and artwork (email delivery).
• Customized product with your logo and artwork.
• Product customized with sample company logo and artwork.

Can I add company branding or LOGO to my gifts?
You may add company branding and design to any gift or hamper ...however some products themselves cannot be imprinted, just ribbon and gift tags. What are the sample charges?
Customizing a product with your own design or branding requires a one-time sample charge which is adjustable in final order. Set up fees may also apply to custom greeting cards and handwritten notes.

How does customization impact lead time?
Customized products require an additional 3-4 business days for design approval, processing and production, depending on quantity.

What is Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ stands for Minimum Order Quantity. MOQ depends on the product. MOQ does not mean you must ship every unit at once. Our on-demand sampling program enables you to ship individual units as-needed.

Can we build Swag Boxes or Gift Hampers with Corporate Gift?
